Initial Consultations (In person or virtual)
Adult Initial Visit — 75 minutes — $200
Child Initial Visit (Age 0-13) — 60 minutes — $180
Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment of your health history, current concerns, and
wellness goals. We will begin creating an individualized treatment plan that may include
nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and other naturopathic therapies.
Follow-Up Appointments (In person or virtual)
Follow-Up Visit — 45 minutes — $130
Follow-up for reviewing your progress in detail after an initial appointment or addressing more
complex concerns. We’ll go through how your plan is working, explore any new or ongoing
issues, and adjust recommendations to keep your health moving forward.
Follow-Up Visit — 30 minutes — $90
Regular follow-up to check in on your progress and make small adjustments to your treatment
plan. This visit is ideal for reviewing minor concerns, fine-tuning recommendations, and keeping
your wellness goals on track.
Acupuncture — 45 minutes — $75
45 min session with the use of a personalized treatment plan based on Traditional Chinese
Medicine principles.
